RevitaLash® Cosmetics was founded in 2006 by renowned Ophthalmologist Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff, who created our original eyelash conditioner out of a desire to help his wife Gayle feel beautiful during her courageous fight against breast cancer. The brand began with an iconic lash conditioner and we have since developed an entire range of products designed to enhance the natural beauty and inner spirit of all women. We were the first, and we continue to be, the leading lash and brow beauty enhancement product line, and we remain the ONLY brand of its kind developed by an Ophthalmologist.

Revitalash.co.uk aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged.  On occasion however, Goods may need to be returned.  Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions found here in our terms and conditions under our returns policy section.

Safety tests conducted by our company DO NOT involve any animal testing and production of all RevitaLash® Cosmetics products are 100 percent "cruelty-free”.

RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner was developed by a practicing Ophthalmologist to increase the overall health and appearance of eyelashes. It has been carefully formulated with our patented technology, BioPeptin Complex®, to condition and improve the appearance of your natural eyelashes, making them appear gorgeous and lush.

Once each day, apply a thin line directly to clean, dry eyelashes in one even sweep. Let your lashes dry before applying any other products.

When applied as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner should not get into the eyes, and therefore, should not have any physiological effect on your eyes, including the colour of your eyes (iris).

While every individual is different, many people report noticing more beautiful lashes within 6 weeks of use.

If you discontinue use of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, your eyelashes will gradually return to their original appearance.

In June of 2011, we introduced RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner to the marketplace and the formula has not changed since then.

When used as directed, the 3.5ml RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner lasts up to 6 months, the 2ml up to 3 months and the 1ml up to 6 weeks. The expiration date for either size is one year upon opening and three years if unopened.

The safety of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in multiple tests to be safe for use on the skin and eyes in adult study subjects only. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has not been tested in children so we therefore recommend that the product not be used by children under the age of 18.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is safe for use with eyelash extensions or false eyelashes, and can actually help retain the health and beauty of your natural lashes, helping to minimise the damaging effects often seen with the prolonged use of lash extensions.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is safe to use after a keratin lash lift treatment. You should wait two days after the treatment to resume using your RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, however we do recommend first consulting with your lash artist to be sure.

Yes. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner and RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner should not affect your permanent or semi- permanent makeup. If you have just recently finished getting your treatment, please make sure the area has completely healed and consult with your doctor prior to using either product.

No. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner is formulated for use on eyelashes while RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner is formulated for use on eyebrows. Each has a custom-designed applicator to allow for precision application in the area where each is intended.

The safety of our products has been demonstrated in multiple studies conducted by independent research laboratories. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner has been shown in these tests to be safe to the skin and to eyes in adult study subjects. Based on scientific literature and clinical experience, independent ophthalmic specialist concluded that RevitaLash® Advanced is not unsafe for use during pregnancy or breast feeding, or while undergoing chemotherapy. That said, if you are pregnant or undergoing any medical treatment and have concerns about using any product, please consult with your Doctor.

We adhere to a very high safety standard, so while it is safe for use on lower lashes, we do not recommend this as the applicator is designed specifically for use on the upper eyelashes.

Apply a thin line of RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner on clean, dry eyelashes above the lash line once each day or night. Let dry completely before applying additional beauty products.

Many people have reported that after using RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner, their eyelashes show significantly more curl; this is due to our patented Curl Effect®, which is just one of the many ways that RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner provides knockout lashes.

Yes. When used as directed, RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner does not get into the eye and is safe to use with contact lenses. If any product does get into your eye, we recommend that you remove, and carefully rinse, your contact lens and rinse your eye area with water.

No. All of the ingredients in RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner are cosmetic ingredients that have been included to serve a cosmetic purpose.

No. RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner does not contain hormones.

RevitaLash® Advanced was developed by an Ophthalmologist and tested by independent research laboratories to affirm that it is safe and non-irritating when used as directed. However, as with any cosmetic, some people may be allergic to one or more ingredients. Consumers should ensure they read the label and use it as directed.

RevitaLash® Advanced Eyelash Conditioner and RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner should not affect eyebrow or eyelash tint. If you have concerns, please consult your service provider.

While every individual is different, many people report noticing more beautiful looking brows immediately. According to our third-party consumer study, 96% of users using RevitaBrow® Advanced experienced improved appearance of eyebrows overall in 8 weeks. For best results please use as directed.

If you discontinue use of RevitaBrow® Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner, your eyebrows gradually return to their original appearance.

The Double-Ended Volume Set formulas do not contain oil so there is no concern with compromising the lash extension glue, however we cannot guarantee that the application and removal of these products will not compromise the lash extensions in other ways.

RevitaLash® Advanced is a cosmetic product designed to increase the overall health and appearance of lashes. It is carefully formulated with our patented technology, BioPeptin Complex® to condition and improve the appearance of your natural lashes, making them appear gorgeous and lush. While the Double-Ended Volume Set shares a few similar lash-loving ingredients with RevitaLash® Advanced (such as Peptides & Biotin), it does not include BioPeptin Complex®

Volume Enhancing Foam features the proven power of RevitaLash science for the hair. A unique recipe of ingredients called BioPeptin Complex® is our proprietary blend of lipids, peptides, Biotin and Panthenol. Biotin, also known as Vitamin B7, contributes to the production of healthy hair and nails by providing essential ingredients in the process of hair enhancement. Panthenol, also known as Vitamin B5, helps to smooth and strengthen hair. This rich combination of B vitamins, along with peptides and antioxidants, work to fortify hair and reduce brittleness and breakage, resulting in stronger, healthier hair. Volume Enhancing Foam improves hair elasticity and aids in conditioning of the scalp too!

First, this product is a Physician developed formula that draws on over a decade of formulation expertise. Additionally, Volume Enhancing Foam has been rebranded under the RevitaLash® Cosmetics name to effectively borrow from tis strong, established brand awareness. Consumers know the name RevitaLash is synonymous with great results, so it's easy for consumers to connect the performance of our hair line to our heritage lash and brow products, making the buying decision a snap!

No. The product is very gentle and does not contain any harsh cleansers or sulfates.

Volume Enhancing Foam is Colour safe and can safely be used on coloured or processed hair.

RevitaLash® Cosmetics Volume Enhancing Foam is a dynamic product with high quality ingredients, just like our famed lash and brow offerings. The combination of our unique ingredient blend, as well as quality performance, makes this a must-have addition to any hair regimen. In addition, this product is rigorously tested for safety and to ensure it works as promised.

AQUABLUR™ is a dual-purpose, lightweight eye gel that moisturises the delicate eye area while smoothing skin, blurs imperfections, and creates the perfect foundation for under eye makeup application. 

The base of AQUABLUR™ is a combination of silicone and water and silicone is just one of the ingredients that creates that smooth desirable “slip”.  With AQUABLUR™,  it’s the combination of ingredients that creates the benefits in the product.  The ingredients in AQUABLUR™ help to hydrate and add moisture to skin, which in turn plumps and adds radiance, therein blurring imperfections. This product effectively primes the skin for makeup application, which is different than a cosmetic primer that “fills in the cracks” either by way of large amounts of silicone or light-diffusing ingredients.

AQUABLUR™ is made to address the first signs of aging. It does this by blurring imperfections aiding in minimizing finer lines. For deeper, more noticeable lines and wrinkles, you may choose to use AQUABLUR™ in the morning and your anti-aging eye cream at night. 

Yes. This product is oil-free and lash extensions will not be compromised. 

Yes. Many of our customers have noticed this product works well to help soothe puffiness and inflammation. 

The target customer for AQUABLUR™ is someone who is noticing first signs of aging. The lightweight texture and ingredients are designed more for hydration and softening of fine lines as opposed to deeper, more significant lines and wrinkles. 

The shampoo and conditioner are Phyto-infused formulas rich in therapeutic ingredients like Flax Protein, Loquat Leaf, Ginseng and Jojoba Seed Oil, which fortify the hair cuticle and improve hair shaft thickness. Because they are rinse-off formulas, they do not feature our proprietary BioPeptin Complex® found in the Volume Enhance Foam, however, both the shampoo and conditioner were designed to work in tandem with the foam, transforming hair to feel fuller, look thicker and perform better.

Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by RevitaLash and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Klarna is unique and offers Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are assessed individually. Just because you have been accepted for a Klarna payment method before does not mean it will be offered for every order and in turn, as it is denied does not mean it will be denied for all future orders.

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address and a debit or card card. The mobile number is required in case we need to reach you. All communications will be sent to your email address. It's very important that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive your payment schedule and any updated order information.

Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor RevitaLash run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.

Although Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.

Payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.

As soon as RevitaLash have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at RevitaLash from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by RevitaLash. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk and pay off early.

Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.

Once RevitaLash has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

In the event that your goods have not been received please call RevitaLash to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.

With subscription you never need to be worried that you’ll run out of your favourite RevitaLash products and you pay up to 20% less! Your order and payment will be automatically processed.

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at info@revitalash.co.uk with the email address and full name you used to sign up with.

Changes to your account will take place from the time RevitaLash confirms in written correspondence to you.

Please ensure that you allow three business days for your subscription to be cancelled.

Once your subscription fee has been deducted from your account and the order has been processed, we will not be able to intercept your parcel or provide a refund.
